 “It was amazing and we felt so welcomed by the whole group! They called in the beautiful weather and arrived sporting ‘Jen’ and ‘Jayma’ shells in honor of their guests,” said Jayma Woods after visiting with Miche reps in Akron Ohio.

Miche Bag CEO, Corbin Church traveled with the Miche team as they stopped by Akron, Richmond, Nashville, and several other cities, looking for someone who was sporting the ‘Corbin’ shell to no avail. He is hoping maybe someday Jenny Platt will actually design a ‘Corbin’ shell for him.

Then the group headed west. “We spent time in Portland Oregon for a great event.  We got to meet Marge from Brooklyn, that’s M-A-reg,” Said Jayma Woods. “We also had a great time in Spokane Washington and enjoyed the “candy buffet/bar” and our Mini togo Miche Bags!”

Keep your eye out for the Miche team in your hometown if you haven’t seen them already!!

Miche Bag has found a way to give back, with the release of the new “Hope” shell. The proceeds from this shell will be donated to Huntsman Cancer Foundation to fund cancer research at Huntsman Cancer Institute. The shell comes in both classic size and big bag size, and was designed using quotes from real cancer survivors!

Miche Bag designer Jennie Platt felt that supporting cancer research was a perfect fit for the company because so many people associated with Miche Bag have shared personal battles with this terrible disease. 

“In helping put together this program I was introduced to many courageous and inspiring people who were willing to share their journey with cancer,” Platt says, “a battle filled with challenges but also hope, love and beauty.  The shell I created needed to resonate this same message.  In the end, their message became the design and ‘Hope’ became a shell.”

Miche Bag set out to communicate, motivate and inspire its distributors. This was to be accomplished by a variety of different gatherings and formats. New products were introduced, hearts were touched, and important information was relayed. Was it a success? Based upon the comments and expressions of appreciation that have flowed since the conference ended, definitely it was a success. When you have miles between you and you are only able to communicate via email and telephone, the personal touch is often lost. For distributors to say that Miche Bag and its leaders are “real” was the one of the greatest compliments that could have been shared. This conference gave us all the opportunity to get to know one another better and bond more closely, like a family.

WOW, What an outstanding weekend! It was so great to meet all of the distributors and hear their own personal “Miche” stories. The classes were informative with exciting new announcements around every corner. I would say anyone who attended left with a full tank ready to explode with Miche Bag. My favorite part of the weekend was the fashion show with releases of 2010 and the release of the hope shell to benefit cancer. $5 of every bag sold goes to cancer research! We hope to donate 1 million dollars or more this year alone! Amazing, amazing, amazing weekend…and did I mention the food?

Conference for me was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The opportunity to meet the amazing distributors that we work with was something that helps remind me why I enjoy this job. One thing that stood out to me is how grateful all those who attended were for that special weekend. Following the conference the overwhelming flood of “thank you’s” that came into our office in the days and weeks following conference was unbelievable. We read all of them to our entire staff and have kept them out on the cabinets like you would your Christmas Cards. Thanks to the planning and support, and most importantly the mood and energy of our phenomenal distributors, the weekend was fast paced and unforgettable.

Marianne McClary and the ladies of Good Day Sacramento had their own mini purse party when Miche Bag founder Michelle Romero stops by! Marianne turned out to be the perfect Miche model while she showed off a few of the fabulous Miche shells. Then Marianne and Michelle helped the rest of the ladies on set look fabulous by finding a shell to match each of their outfits! Michelle had a great time with Marianne and the crew of Sacramento’s CW 31 and hopes to come back and visit soon!! Miche Bag Founder Michelle Romero & FOX 2 Moring News Anchor “Q” Anqunette Jamison

Miche bag founder Michelle Romero had a blast showing news anchor “Q” Anqunette Jamison the Miche Bag for the first time on Detroit’s Fox 2 Morning News.  “Q” adored the bag and loved the concept. Michelle also had the chance to share more about how she came up with the revolutionary idea during a live segment on Wednesday October 28th.  

Just one day earlier, Tuesday October 28th Michelle was back in Denver at FOX 31 and CW 2 to introduce the Miche Bag to their morning shows.  Fox 31’s Peggy Bunker and CW 2’s Melissa Mollet fell in love with the bag and are now both Miche Bag owners!

Michelle says she loves the chance to show off the Miche Bag wherever she can and is excited to find out where she is going next!

Miche Bag Goes to Denver!

The Miche Big Bag has made its Television debut!  The Miche Bag was a huge hit on Denver’s early evening show “Everyday with Libby and Natalie” on FOX’s KDVR.  Anchor Natalie Tysdal and Miche Bag founder Michelle Romero had a great time showing of the Miche Big Bag for the first time, as well as the rest of the fabulous Miche line. Michelle even got to close the show with Natalie and guest co-host Dave Fraser! I am pleased to announce that Michelle Romero, founder of Miche Bag, is back from an eventful trip to Chicago. Michelle showcased the Miche Bag on the 11 am show on Chicago’s WLS ABC 7. As it turns out, WLS is located in the very same studio where Oprah started her show! Chicago anchors Linda Yu and Sylvia Perez were thrilled to see the bag, and even asked Michelle to leave some behind! That’s not all she left behind… Michelle added her name and Michebag.com to the wall of famous signatures in the green room! What an exciting trip for Miche Bag! These unique designs have flown off the shelves faster then we could have ever expected.  Due to a limited stock, I understand that there are many of you who have not been able to experience the new styles.
