I wish you made a bag that is larger in size. I find I can use this bag only for special occasions because it holds very little and still close the zipper. This exact same style would be great in a larger size.
The interior of the black purse I purchased was light tan. Good for finding things at the bottom like keys, not good for keeping clean (I tend to forget a lot of things in the bottom that make a mess).
I’d like to see a sophisticated brown cover added to the selections that has some black in it so it goes better with my black bag. The animal print is too casual for what I need and I don’t wear enough brown to warrant getting the brown bag. I love the cover I initially purchased (Jackie) and also the new slouch design. Love the new styles with the full sides. These are perfect because the sides of my shell had started popping out. I do not overstuff my bag in any sense of the word, but for some reason, the inner cardboard of the sides had bent, both sides but especially the side that does not have the zipper tab snapped down to it,and it was starting to really annoy me. I just picked up a new full side shell at East Pointe Handbags in Ashtabula this weekend, and WANT TO SEE MORE COLORS AND PATTERN WITH FULL SIDES!!
I was invited to a Miche party about a month ago,I had no idea what it was. I love the bags and all of the shells. I am a collector of handbags, all shapes and sizes, all prices. I love that I can change the outside when ever I want. My husband loves the space I save with the shells. Thanks for making such a cool bag. My party is in a few days can’t wait!!!
I am delighted with my Miche Bag and have bought 8 shells for it. I plan to buy more. How great it is to not have to change everything out to a new purse….just change the shell and away I go!
I have always liked larger bags, however I have found the current size bag does meet my needs. I expect the bag to “give” out a lot faster than the shells, so can just the bag be purchased separately (when it wears out)? I’m looking forward to the new bag and great new shells as well. Keep ‘em coming.

I have purchased two bags and 4 shells, and two sets of long handles. I love the versatility! I would love to see the option to purchase handles to match the shells(for instance, shiny blue to match Barbara, navy, purple, etc.) I would also like to see more selections that hold photos.

Hi Michelle i have just got my 1st bag and shell today. I have been in bed with swine flu. I am now on the mend and back to work tomorrow. I am so pleased with my new miche i cant wait for more shells. I have cori black today, and have allie green coming as well as ellie black and the ginger. I am so excited as i have also orderred the chain handles and got my organiser today too…. wow keep bringing shells out as i am going to buy miche for my mom for chrstmas and for my daughter. Not many outlets in uk though…

I think it would be great to have a smaller bag and a bigger bag, it would give it even more versatility. I also like the idea of getting handles that match the bags. Someone already mentioned it and it sounds great! I can’t wait until I get my first bag, then I’ll have more feedback. Good luck in designing!

Please, please, create a bigger base bag. I gave the current product as a gift, but I can’t use it myself because I need a bigger bag.
Miche Bag is exploding in my area and I am proud to be able to offer the Miche Bag to everyone! However I do have many, many requests. First being a larger bag for those that have to tote everything w/ them. Also, if the bags can have a divider or separator down the middle.
I have many women interested in the corduroy, but want different colors.
How about a diaper bag?
Colored, interchangeable handles would be great also!

I just returned from a Miche bag party and I am so excited. I actually purchased “The BEST bundle” and can’t wait to get them (6 new purses).I love the concept of not having to unload everything from one purse to the next. I am so impressed with this product that I have actually signed up to be a rep for home parties. I love that you are always bringing out new styles and love the new slouched styles. I think some striped and plaid patterns would be a great addition.
I do have a couple of suggestions that I would love to see:
Different size bags but especially a bigger size
Matching wallets w/ the same idea of interchanging shells
Darker espresso brown color for base bag
I recently purchased the Miche bag and love it. I too would like it a little larger. Thought it could be a little taller with wider trim so it could still use the original cover,that way when you needed a larger size you could just switch…maybe in the future.
I would like to see a little more room in the bag and also cross over the shoulder straps. I still like my bag and get comments all the time.
I purchased my first Miche Bag yesterday at the PNE in Vancouver. I absolutely love it. I bought three shells in fantastic colors. I can’t wait to show it off to all my friends and colleagues. What a wonderfull idea.
I was shopping at costco, and pass by a live demo stand of the miche bag.
I fall in love, with the Jamie shell. But at that time, I didn’t know it was a shell. I tough it was a regular handbag. So I approch the lady representative, because I wanted to buy the handbag. What I wonderfull surprise when she showed me the changing shells!!!!! I bought immediatly the black bag with 4 shells.
The next day, I return to buy an additionnal 5 shells. I went on the internet to buy the shells I wanted and that they didn’t have at the store, bought an another 3 shells with the closet organizer.
Everybody loves the concept!!!!
My mother went and bought the miche bag and some shells.
Two of my friends went to.
I bought one miche bag and shells as a birthday gift for my bestfriend.
All of this in only two weeks!!!!

I love the concept, but the bag is not large enough for myself or any of my three daughters nor my mother either. Please, make a larger bag. I guarantee they will fly off the shelves!!
I’m new to even hearing of the Miche Bag. I went to a party, bought a bag & 2 shells. The idea of changing the shell & not the bag is the best ever. Thank you Michelle. I look forward to more new shells etc. I’ll be having a party shortly & can’t wait. The ideas that have been posted on the blog are awesome & very smart.
I love this bag and can’t wait to get my hands on one! There are 4 shells that I love, but all of them except for one is out of stock. They’re the newer shells, too. Do you think that these will be avaiable in the near future and if so, will there be enough of them to fulfill demand?

As a rep, I have been thoroughly enjoying the feedback and excitement from customers. Of course I get a lot of comments about a bigger style and am happy that we will now be able to broaden our customer base.
THE BEST SUGGESTION I received so far has been to make covers with the different sports teams. The College teams—University of Michigan, Notre Dame, etc. Possibly going into other sports. THE TAILGATERS would EAT THEM UP! TEAM PRIDE…..they love to show it and will purchase anything with their team on it.
Would love to see a royal purple shell!! possibly even a sapphire Blue, Ruby Red, emerald green..

I first purchased my Miche at a Red Hat Convention in northern VA Aug 2008. I bought the basic black bag, shoulder strap handles, and 8 shells. I have shown it off to no end! I sent two requests to host parties, but I have never received a reply. I am considering the idea to become a distributor, but I would need more information. Can someone contact me by email?

I was so sad to get my monthly update from my local store and there was no Pumpkins on a shell for Halloween. I had received a gift certificate for my birthday and was waiting for the “holiday” shells to arrive for my collection. My shell holder is now full – but no pumpkins

I love my meche bag but wish the basic strap were just a few inches longer so as to wear over the shoulder and under the arm. Maybe an additional strap would do that. The shoulder strap is way way too long.
Also like the slouch look and a small cell phone pocket on the outside would be great!

I think your idea is pure genius! I have a brown faux leather purse that is almost the same size as the medium size miche and I wish I could combine the two! I love the Miche design, but I really love the look of this bag! I would love to see you make a shell that resembles my leather purse! I could send you a picture if you’re interested!
I’m hooked! After seeing an infomercial, I thought “cool”, but did nothing. Then a girl at church had one- I all but tripped to get to her. She told me where she got it in town. I went, I bought the brown bag & 5 shell, plus chain straps. Had to have more. Went on line, & found the TV special, got the black bag, 4 more shells w/bonus straps & 3 extra shells. But I wasn’t done. I found a Reps website & got 6 more in a bundle. This whole thing has happened w/in 10 days!!!!
And yes, I’m having a show next week ’cause there are about 4-5 more shells I’d like to have.
I love this bag!!! It could have been a bit bigger, but I’m making it work.
My suggestions: please make a white base bag & I’d love to have a straw bag!

I saw the Miche purse in Las Vegas two years ago and loved the concept! I didn’t buy it and was very sad when I got back to NC. Yesterday, I went to a Christmas Show and there they were…Miche Bags!!!! So I bought one with three shells as an early present for myself! My husband even loves the concept! I am so excited!!!!! :O)
I was about to purchase the bag, but then read Cheryl’s comment. I really love having a bag that is big enough to take my Franklin Covey (Compact size) with me. It’s very handy to have a purse that has room for that. I don’t think it would be much larger than the current design.

I saw the Miche Bag last spring, thought it was great but didn’t get it. I saw it again a couple of weeks ago at a fundraiser and, this time, couldn’t pass it up! I got the large one w/ 2 shells and bought the classic for my mother for Christmas. I then went on line to find a distributor and guess who’s going to become a rep? Yep, me!!! I wish Miche would put real leather on their handles. I live in Michigan and in the cold weather the vinyl handles crack, and are cheap looking. I am going to have leather handles made for my bag.

After dreaming and drooling, hopping around and calling everyone i know at 3 am 2 years ago… I got one for Christmas! I have a few ideas however. First of all, I am alittle disappointed at the conservative-ness of the styles and colors. I like flash and flare and I want everyone to say “HEY where on earth did you get that Glamorous Fabulous bag?!” Though, I adore it! I feel special and classy with it, I just wish there were colors and styles more flamboyant than I can find. Also, LOVE the New bigger size going to get it right away!! My other idea is for you to come out with a special small fold over bi-fold wallet with a thin over the shoulder strap small enough to fit in the smaller size, for those moms who have thier hands full. Further more…Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant!!

I love my Miche bag and want more shells but I’m hesitate to buy more. The problem I’ve had is one of my favourite shells keep falling off. I then was out at a hockey game and walking through the crowd and it completly fell off. I went back and looked for it but it was gone. I don’t know if my purse has magnetic issuses or what but I don’t want to buy more if the shells just fall off. Anyone else with the same problem let me know.
I would love to see the basis design with more width ( to hold more.) I think the size just alittle smaller than the average women’s shoebox turned on it’s side would be a great rectangle shape for a larger miche purse. (I love the box type purses!! ) Also, I think some shells in sports designs would be nice. A blue background with the Dallas Cowboys star one corner would be GREAT for me!!! Thanks for your time. I wish the chain strap was longer ,Ihad both shoulders operated on and need to wear strap over my head can not carry purse in hand. I have tried to add to chain have not mastered yet please consider a longer length in this strap also. I think it will serve everyone well it is very stylish.

Do you plan to come out with a medium sized bag? The small is a little too small and the big is way too big for me. Am dying to own a bag, but neither size works for me.
My brother bought me a small miche bag with 2 covers for Christmas and I love it!
Eventually i will be buying the big bag also. They are great for people who like to switch out their purse alot (that can get spendy, and evenutally creat clutter)

I am very dissappointed in the small miche bag. I had it for one week and the magnets came off inside the lining and the shells then no longer work. Not well constructed at all.
I used the original bag for several months, but I found that my stuff would fall out of the bag, because I hate zipper closures. PLEEEEZZZEEEE Make a kiss lock closure bag. Some internal compartments, or a thin compartment down the center would be good also.
I had the smaller bag for over a year. I’m a bag-aholic and I thought it would cure me, but I found the bag to be a little too small. I’ve been waiting for the larger bag to come out and I finally picked one up today, but it’s a little TOO big. Between bags I discovered the Butler bag. Nice, but no interchangeable outer shells. Now if someone could just blend the two ideas…

Will you be coming out with a dark green (evergreen) shell for the big bag. I have the red big shell. With Christmas just around the corner, I thought that color would be nice.
Went to my first Miche party last week, Bought brown and black classic bases, 12 shells, black shoulder straps, organizer,and closet organizer for myself. Bought one daughter black classic base and 2 shells, other daughter black big base and 2 shells, sister black base and 2 shells, one granddaughter black base and 2 shells and other three grand daughters each black mini base and 3 shells. I took all my shoes with me to match up with shells and bought 2 shells that I now have to buy shoes to match! Needless to say,I LOVE Miche bags. I still need more shells to match my shoes, such as navy, and would love to see a ivory or beige base. By the way I got a brown shell trimmed in black as one woman asked about, it’s awesome! I will donate all of my other bags to charity, because, now,I am strictly a Miche gal! Always carried big bags but with the organizer the classic bag is perfect, and really saves me from a painful back and shoulders! Going to another party this month and one in January!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Miche bags!!! Oh Yes, I want more shells with pockets too!!!!!!!!!!!
I really like the concept and want to purchase and be a repeating customer, however, your standard size bag is to small and the big is too large. When will you come out with an inbetween size, so that I can have one? waiting.

I love Miche bags and accessories!This concept is amazing,and I have had my mini bag and shell for almost a year and it has been wonderful. I have taken very good care of it and just bought me and my daughter classics w/shells plus organizers. Have you ever thought of making shells for your wallets?
I would love to become a representative but don’t have the money to start. Hopefully will be able to someday. Please let me know if there are other ways besides putting that much money up. I have been unemployed for over a year now and money is tight so it’s nearly impossible to spend.

I have a concdrn about the home party. In my area the hallmark stores carry the same product and I feel it would be dificult to compete against them. I think your company would be alot more sucessful if you sould ust stick with the party concepr and not branch out into the malls. I also was wondering how you decided what charitys to invest in I am involved in one that rebuilds womens smile after they have been a victim of abuse. It would e really great if wed could also donate a few bags to these women as they are really turning their life around. It would help give them even more welf confidence to look good all the way around.
