As Annette said I have been abroad on a design trip. I am happy to report I was able to get a lot done and a lot of great new shell designs are on the way. I was also able to work on a couple new items..hint hint. All of us here at Miche Bag are so excited for the next year of new designs. We are certain you won’t be disapointed! I am constantly getting requests and suggestions from customers and I want you to know I actually listen! I can’t tell you what is to come, It would ruin the surprise so don’t ask. 
I can only say keep your eyes open monthly for our new releases!

I sent an email 2 days ago telling whomever that the straps on my bag that I’d purchased at the Calgary Stampede in July are starting to rip. The tearing is happening where the straps connect to the metal loop that clips to the purse. I have not received any response as of yet. I would hope that you stand behind your product and would replace these straps (they are the short ones). I have yet to try the long ones that I received with my purchase. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks
Hi I just purchased your bag with 4 shells in Regina SK on Fri. I went to Saskatoon SK yesterday to the exibition and bought 6 new shells and a bag with 3 shells for my girl friend I love them and my husband is happy I am getting rid of other bags. How do i become a distributor or host a party?
I ordered my first Miche Bag a few days ago and it is suppose to arrive Monday. I can hardly wait! I look forward to seeing the new designs! Keep up the great work!

I purchased my Miche bag 2 weeks ago and everybody loves it they all want to know where I got it from, but like Zoe my handles have also started to rip this started to happen after 2 days and now 2 weeks later one of the straps is about to go completely, I think you should replace them with leather straps. Also I have lost my shells in the street as I have unknowlingley knocked my bag and they have fell off.

I bought this bag and 2 shells at the City Market in Kansas City yesterday. What a GREAT idea. I hope that I don’t have any problem with the straps or shells falling off. I think the straps should be fine as long as you don’t "overload" the bag and make it too heavy. Thank you for the wonderful idea and bringing it to life. You are the bomb.com!

Found my bag in Des Moines, Iowa after looking at numerous very pricey bags at our local Younkers store.I have a sleek looking bag and 5 shells which will go with numerous outfits for the price of one designer bag. Love the way they can be stored also. Can’t wait for the new line!!
I got my purse in Vegas about 6 months ago. Love it and have no problem at all with shells falling off OR the handles breaking. I keep hearing about new shells, when are they going to be online????
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Miche Bag!! I would also like some more info on becoming a distributor! I have the black and brown bag with about 15 different shells. My 7 year old daughter BEGGED me to buy her one, so she also has one of her own. I have had mine for about 6 or 7 months and have not had one problem with the straps or shells. Like others have said DONT load down your purse!!! If you can’t zip the purse up you have too much stuff in it!!! Thanks to the brilliant women that made this purse! It’s AWESOME!!!
Approx. 6 months ago I purchased the bag and 4 shells and was told that new bag shells were on their way. I went to locate them and the locate malls where I had seen your product and found that they were gone. (Utah) It appears that you are still going strong, but where are U. I have not seen any new products.

what is the actual size of bag. ( inches long high and depht) what are the strapes made of? The strapes are problems from what I’ve read. Are where local locations ?? so calif. (inland empire, orange co. ) I want to see one. I’am very much wanting to get one.
I have had a bag for six months and I love it! I have had no problems with the handles! I was in Utah and saw the booths at all the malls with new products that are not online, yet. The new shells are AMAZING!!!! I can’t wait to get them (they were out of stock~!)
Anyone know of any Malls in the South East Wisconsin area (or North East Illinois) that have a Miche stand?????????? So far, I can’t find any….

I was looking to purchase a new purse online and I came across yours. I would a picture of the inside of the bag, I like compartments! The website doesn’t show the inside. That will be the deal breaker for me. Please me info. So far I love the shells and the concept.
I ordered your bag and 12 shells back in Feb 08. I keep getting post cards saying i will receive it soon. Here it is August 08 and i havent seen it yet!!!! What gives

My customers and I would love a larger bag with an outside pocket for our cell phones and I would love an even smaller purse for an evening bag with shells.

I bought mine tonight in Ontario from Costco….I absolutly LOVE it. I can not wait to purchse more. I would love to see a solid dark purple crocodile style…not a fan of the purple one that you have now.
I just became a representative in Winnipeg, MB, Canada and am enjoying my Miche bag and shells!! I can thank my sister for getting me started. She discovered the bags at a trade show in the U.S. and was sold! I can’t wait to see more new shells in the near future. I wouldn’t mind seeing a larger version of the purse as well. I have a few people that would be interested in buying one if they could get it in a bigger size.

I am from northern MN and I know plenty of people that would LOVE to have a camoflauge designer purse! It would probably be the shell that I used most often actually.
Also before I had my party I was looking online & fell IN LOVE with the yellow Sheila! However, the distributor who gets orders to my in home MICHE purse sales person will not order Sheila because they were having trouble keeping it on the base (or something like that) so…. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE design another one!
Other than that my party was a great success & I am so excited to see what is yet to come in the next year!
I live in Australia and wanted some shells which seem to only be available in America. When are you going to start releasing these styles in Australia and if you already have how do you get them?

Just recieved my set of purse and 4 covers as a gift from my daughter who knew that I would love it. She was right. Have also been searching for something for some kind of self employed business that I could make money at doing and enjoy…..I know that this is the business for me. Waiting to here from Miche on buying an Ontario distributorship if possible. Keep your fingers crossed for me girls!

We have not done any studies on the safety of Miche Bag magnets with pacemakers and other medical devices. I would advise that you contact your personal physician regarding your use of the bag if you have concerns about your medical device.
I absolutely love my Miche bag. I use it everyday, but only have 2 shells, so I’m anxious to buy more. As far as PROS and CONS– PROS are cool shell designs, size is perfect for me, ability to have a new look in 3 seconds, don’t have to transfer all my junk from one purse to another,….CONS are small inside zipper pocket, shells all need to be made of a washable material (whether it’s faux or real)–no cloth/canvas please!!, want more shell designs to choose from, inconsistent pricing. I totally agree with several people on here about the cheapness of the “Christine” shell…I saw it in person, and I wouldn’t buy it. Other than that, I have had no problems with quality…mine is holding up nicely, and I abuse my purses sometimes. As far as the pricing, I have been all over looking for deals…ebay, 4miche, qvc, local stores, reps, etc…they’re all different. It would be kind of nice to have set prices so people know what they cost, and you wouldn’t have to spend time searching for the best deal. I do think the prices are a little high for the “faux” materials used. Overall I think it’s a fabulous idea…it could really explode on the market if there were more choices of bag sizes, strap sizes(how about a medium length?), shells, availability to purchase in retail stores. Alot of people are hesitant to buy things over the internet without seeing them in person first. Just a thought.
I have been searching for this bag since I seen the infomercial. That was many, many months ago. My wonderful boys found the site and location to purchase the bag and I received one for Mother’s day. I am so excited, and I am interested on being a representative for the MICHE BAG.
I would love to see the Miche bag offered in a white base, and also a tan base. I would also really like to see the line expanded with a larger size (like a tote), and a smaller size (like a clutch). I think this is a fantastic product!!! I can’t wait to see what you add.
Oh – and for those who don’t like such a “tailored” look to bags, maybe you could design a cover that has a slouchy LOOK, but still has the actual inner form to connect to the basic miche bag.
Any ideas where we can get “retired” covers? You used to have one that had a cow hide appearance, with red leather trim. It was precious. I don’t see it on your side anymore.

I agree with Christina regarding making an Changable Shells for a Clutch Purse. I think this would go over great, due to clutch purses are so expensive and from my experience I don’t like to purchase a bunch of different Clutch Bags that you don’t use that often.
With the different Shells for a Clutch it would be nice, because parents with daughters needing a clutch purse during prom season, they could use their mothers and choose different shells with their various formal wear throughout their school years.

In the future I would like to see you offer your brom purse and staps as a choice with your introductory offer…

I had a similar experience to Bonnie…saw the infomercial several months ago with my husband. I said, that’s is the most amazing thing I’ve seen on an infomercial! I raved about it for a while but then never pursued it. A few months later, my husband found a boutique that sells the bag and bought me one with a shell and a $25 gift certificate. He told my friend to get me a shell too. I went to the store a few days later and bought 3 more shells. I love this bag–and like so many others, I have many purses I never use because I never have the time to switch. But now I can wear a new bag everyday!

I got my Miche bag on Wednesday for my birthday from my husband(after some pretty strong hints). I love it! He got me the black back with 4 shells, the Ginger, Kelsey, Joie and the Tiffany in cranberry. So far, I have used 3 out of the 4 and it’s only been 3 days! I can’t wait to get more shells!! Everyone I show it to loves it! I can’t wait to try the new slouchy looks, especially the pink coral corduroy one. Great idea, Miche! Only wish I had though of it

I am a Miche Rep in Richmond, VA and am in LOVE with this bag. I became a rep about 5 months ago, as soon as I started I purchased one of every shell available. It is so much fun to get dressed in the morning and walk over to my closet and pick anything I want.
As others have said, I strongly agree there should be a set price through out the company. I have had customers call me up after purchasing their bag and a couple of shells tell me that another rep is selling them in special “deals” or they have found them online cheaper. I do not want my customers thinking I am taking advantage of them, but I must sell them at the prices my distributor has set. My distributor has set great prices, you can not get a stylish bag for less than $20….unless it is a MICHE shell!
Keep up the great work, also please make a strap the length of the chains, but without the chains. I have had several girls complain of the extra weight from the chains. I do not find them to add extra weight however some do.

I love the idea of the Miche Bag but I am so disappointed in the size. It is much too small for me. My wallet barely fits in it much less anything else. Please, please come out with a bigger size.

I discovered your purse today on ebay, did some googleing, read about it and took off on a mission across the thumb of Michigan to find your product. I found it and bought it! I had been looking for a fall handbag. I have used Vera Bradly bags for years and love them but I don’t like having to switch all my “junk” every time I change bags…so you certainly have found the answer. Love it!
I have already been “wishing” for various other handbag solutions since I brought your bag home. I am 64 years old and your bag seems very heavy. Although I have been carrying a bag with much smaller measurements than your bag..I can get a lot more in my bag and get at it easier. (It did help when looking on ebay to find that someone listed their bag as the newer one with the snaps on the ends…I found those and could get into the bag a little easier.) I am wishing for a cloth inner bag with lots of covers that are fabric…way lighter for those of us who are aging and getting a little arthritis. Although your bag appears huge to me it really holds very little and the inside zipper is just about nonaccessable.
Having said all that I am looking forward to purchasing several more shells and just having lots of fun with your wonderful invention! Maybe I will get my muscles built up! Mary
